Resort Latitude Zero has partnered up with STI Surf Travel Insurance to provide their Australian surfing and non surfing customers with a specific EVAC plan in place for medical and emergency assistance. STI Surf Travel Insurance has mobilised a Serious Incident Emergency Evacuation Procedure (SIEEP) for Telo and Mentawai Islands. Due to these remote locations, our SIEEP process has been pre-planned for a rapid response to suit the emergency situation.
